Emails from e-Tint
We have a company policy not to flood people with e-mail correspondence, but simply to give you periodic information so you can stay up to date on various product offerings.
All e-mails sent by e-Tint are compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. All e-mails contain a valid opt-out mechanism, the valid postal address of e-Tint, an operative return address, and an accurate and explanatory subject line. At any time, subscribers may opt out of our e-mail list by following the opt out instructions in their current e-mail. It may take some time to put opt outs in effect so you may still receive emails from us for several weeks after your request is received.
Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Sites or opening accounts unless a parent or guardian is involved. We do not intentionally collect or maintain information through the Sites from those we actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of our web site is designed to target or attract anyone under the age of 13.
